Personal bio

I am an expert witness for forensic planning and project management matters. I act for clients in International Arbitration and litigation and have provided expert witness testimony in the UK Technology and Construction Court (TCC), in Dubai under Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) rules and in litigation in the Polish Regional Court (via translation). I also provide expert opinion in UK domestic Adjudication. Alongside these expert roles I also provide independent expert project review and advice on the programme, commercial and contractual aspects of major projects in progress, recently in the rail, power and hospitality sectors. I have a planning and project management background with experience as contractor’s planning manager, consultant project manager and Clients’ Representative on high profile projects. I have more than 20 years of live project experience along with a further 12 years of experience in forensic planning and project management disputes on a wide range of major construction claim. I have been responsible for development of project systems and governance on a series of major projects. I have strong programming, legal and contractual skills all stages of the project life cycle and have worked on disputes involving NEC, JCT, FIDIC, GC/Works1, PPC2000, Alliancing and various bespoke contracts.
