Personal bio
I am an experienced civil / commercial litigator of some 30 years whose speciality areas include corporate law, tax law, environmental law and construction law. I have taught at undergraduate and graduate level at the University of the West Indies and the Hugh Wooding Law School. I am the author of a book on civil advocacy entitled 'The Modern Civil Advocate'. I am Called to the Bar of England & Wales (1992) and the Bar of Trinidad & Tobago (1993). My practice is in Trinidad & Tobago but I am familiar with the commercial laws of may other Caribbean jurisdictions via teaching.
