With a seasoned professional background, I bring a wealth of experience spanning Procurement, Contracts, Claims, and ADR roles across various sectors, including construction, energy, and urban services. In addition to my experience with the employers and contractors, I have worked directly with donors such as the Asian Development Bank and the World bank, in roles like Contract Management Specialist, Procurement Specialist, and Senior Contracts & Procurement Expert. My diverse experience has equipped me with invaluable insights and skills in the field of Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR).
Among my notable achievements is the successful management of an international project worth USD $2.25 billion at the program level in Saudi Arabia, coupled with adept administration of multiple contracts and resolution of complex construction disputes, nationally & internationally. This included amicable termination of an international contract worth USD 267 million.
In the realm of ADR, I have actively participated in numerous dispute boards and arbitration proceedings. Recently, I represented my former employer, the Infrastructure Development Authority of the Punjab, in various Dispute Boards and arbitration proceeding.
