Personal bio
Yong is Cofounder and Managing Partner of Win&Norm Partners. With more than ten years intensive experience, Yong specializes in litigation, dispute resolution, arbitration and mediation. In relation to arbitration and mediation, Yong has represented claimants or respondents in many arbitration cases in various tribunals across mainland China, such as Beijing (BAC), Shanghai (SHAC), Chengdu (CAC) and Chongqing (CQAC). He has also conducted mediation in and out of court proceedings as well as in arbitrations, hundreds of disputes or cases reached agreements and settled by mediation. Yong is a member (ACIArb) of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. He has been appointed in the recently formed Panel of Arbitrators of Beihai Court of International Arbitration/Beihai Arbitration Commission. Yong has also recently been selected as a mediator of The International Commercial Mediation Center (Southwest) for the Belt and Road Initiative. In regard to litigation, Yong has personally undertaken litigation in different level of courts from district courts (first instance), intermediate courts (first and second instance) to Hight courts (second instance, trial supervision, retrial) across mainland China, representing various different clients in all aspects of offensive and defensive on matters ranging from contract, partnership, investment, lease disputes to Labor and other complex commercial issues.
