Angela Horden is a project controls specialist with over 15 years of experience in the engineering and construction industries. She has performed project planning and delay analysis on a wide range of buildings, industrial, infrastructure, oil & gas, and power generation projects throughout North and South America, Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Angela has been involved in many complex construction disputes, providing analytical and investigative support to appointed experts. Her work involves researching delaying events, compiling event narratives, and checking and verifying baseline schedules, progressed schedules and as-built schedules for delay analysis. Angela has also researched evidence of delays in project records, created as-built schedules and carried out associated forensic analyses. She holds an Advanced Professional Award in Expert Witness Evidence, accredited at Masters level. Angela has in-depth experience in leading planning software packages, including Oracle Primavera P6, Microsoft Project and Asta Powerproject. Her contract experience includes NEC, ICE, FIDIC and JCT forms of contract as well as several bespoke contract forms.
