I have been a business and technology litigator for 45 years and an arbitrator and mediator for over 40 years. I have been an American Arbitration Association arbitrator since 1977. I currently serve on the AAA's Large Complex Panel, Technology and Domain Name Panels and CPR's Panel of Distinguished Neutrals. I am a Fellow of the College of Commercial Arbitrators and CIArb and an Appointee to the Tech List of the World's leading Technology Neutrals of the Silicon Valley Arbitration and Mediation Center.
