Chartered Quantity Surveyor and Diploma Engineer (MSc) in structural engineering, with 10 years of experience. Built an excellent knowledge base in multiple aspects of the construction industry: - Contract/Commercial experience: working as a Senior Cost Engineer in Project Control Team and previously as a part of the Contract Administration team on Claims, Variations. Completed Diploma in Arbitration, provided by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors – RICS. - Construction experience: in companies as the Main Contractor on PPP projects such as a +€150m High Rise Commercial and Residential building in the City Center of Belgrade, Serbia, Eastern Europe and a +$30m Commercial development project at Kotoka International Airport in Accra, Ghana, West Africa. - Design experience: as a responsible designer in charge of the use of BIM platforms, modelling and production of workshop drawings, in FEA calculations for elements exposed to complex loads, in preparations of detailed Method Statements and Programme of Works for various project types
