Personal bio
30 years international experience in industry at board level covering a range of sectors including chemicals, logistics, and life sciences in the UK and internationally. Extensive experience in mergers, acquisitions and business operations including resolution of contractual, shareholder, banking and employee disputes. With a PhD in chemical engineering (biotechnology), a degree and masters in law, a degree in psychology coupled with extensive international commercial experience and being a practising barrister in the UK, I am uniquely qualified to act as an arbitrator or arbitration advocate in complex international techno/commercial disputes.
