Experienced Civil Engineer with more than 24 years of working experience in different construction sectors, including general contracting, construction management and consultancy. Experience includes commercial and residential projects for private and government clients. Thorough understanding of project controls, supervision and contract administration. Experienced in construction management, field execution, Contracts Management and Quantity Surveying with qualification, communication, organization, coordination and team working skills gained in the construction sectors. Presently, for the last 10 months, working as Client’s Contracts Manager / QS, where managing the Contracts from different view dealing with Consultants for Pre and Post Contract Services and Contractors for Design and Build contracts. Previously, I was working as Project Contracts & Commercial Lead with a main contractor for more than 10 years, during this period I have gained vast experience and management skills as working closely with management and construction team, and dealing with Client, Consultant and various sub-contractors. Prior to this, I worked for a Project Management Consultancy organization in a leading pre & post contract role for managing commercial and residential projects. I have gained extensive construction management and site experience in my earlier work as Construction Manager
