Personal bio
I am an experienced Quantity Surveyor with Altus Group's Development Advisory teams. With over fifteen years of industry experience, I also specialize in pre- and post-contract project and cost controls; contract management; site inspections for project compliance; estimating, budgeting and cost planning; delay analysis; contract negotiations; value engineering; and risk management. I am experienced in providing support during claims resolution and acting as an expert witness during litigation, including cross examination before the Supreme Court of British Columbia and my reports and commentary have been relied upon in numerous claims cases and arbitration.
