For the last 15 years or so, my career has been based predominantly in Germany but also in other parts of Europe (France, Holland, Hungary, Spain) and the World (USA, Mexico, Algeria, Egypt, South Africa, Mozambique) and has encompassed the following tasks for Clients, Subcontractors and Contractors in the heavy plant industry (renewable energy plants, oil and gas, mining and mineral plants, biomass plants, chemical plants): a) preparation and negotiation of complex time and money claims b) analysis & negotiation of incoming claims c) Preparation of Expert Witness Reports as well as Independent Cost Reviews and Write Up of the associated findings; d) Preparation of Arbitration Decisions; e) Preparation of Independent Determinations on Disputes regarding claims for quantum and points of contract; and f) Proactive Claims Management & Avoidance. I have also been involved in Joint Venture Contract Management and Dispute Resolution. I am also a property manager
