I am the founder and Managing Partner of Leks&Co, a law firm having its expertise on real estate. I am focusing on real estate industry. My areas of practice cover construction and real estate, mergers acquisition, commercial dispute resolution (litigation and arbitration), general corporate/commercial, and banking finance. I have assisted various corporation with a main business on real estate sectors such as residential, commercial, industrial estate, and hospitality. I am the founder and manager of www.hukumproperti.com and www.indonesiarealestatelaw.com. From time to time I speak in seminars and workshop. I am a lecturer in Universitas Atma Jaya. I authored and edited several legal books e.g. Practical Guidance on Property Law published by Gramedia and Indonesia Real Property and Trust Law, published by Wolters Kluwer, and I am a regular writer in various business magazines. I am also requested few times to testify before the court, as a legal expert on contract/commercial law and real estate law. I am a registered arbitrator at BANI Arbitration Center. As lawyer, I am recommended by Legal 500, Chambers&Partners, asialaw Profiles, Lawyer, Who's Who Legal, Finance Monthly, Deal Makers Monthly, Global Law Experts on Real Estate and Mergers&Acquisitions.
