Mr Lee is a lawyer at Anthony Siu & Co, a firm of solicitors in Hong Kong. He became a solicitor in Hong Kong in 1993, a solicitor of England and Wales (non-practising) in 1995, a Member of The Chartered Institute of Arbitrators East Asia Branch in 2000, and a Notary Public in Hong Kong in 2020. He obtained his Bachelor of Laws and Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong and Master of Laws from University of London.
