Prof. Adj. Ar. David seamlessly bridges the worlds of architecture and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR). As founder of DYA & C Sdn Bhd, he provides advisory services on construction-related disputes and serves as a dispute resolver. With over 20 years leading David Yek Architect (DYA), his architectural portfolio spans high-end residences, international schools, commercial developments, and industrial facilities, earning him Chartered Membership with RIBA and recognition from LAM.
Beyond architecture, Prof. David is deeply involved in ADR. As Co-Chairman of PAM’s ADR and Constitution Review Committees, he shapes industry standards. Accredited by RICS and AIAC, he mediates and adjudicates disputes under CIPAA and is a Fellow of HKICAdj. His expertise extends to forensic building inspections, fire engineering, and expert witness roles in domestic arbitrations and courts.
