Personal bio
I was appointed and fulfilled the roles of Arbitrator/Mediator/Independent Appeals Chair for the Labour Relations Agency from 2004.to 2022. I was the Joint Appeals Board Chair for the NI Housing Executive, local Councils and provided similar services to other public and private organisations. I have managed a high level of workplace mediations through my private practice. I have extensive experience in multi-party mediations with the maximum in attendance being 30 persons. I continue to provide Mediation and Facilitated Discussion, Multi-Party Mediation services to clients from all sectors across Ireland.
