Personal bio
I have been an Arbitrator/Mediator/Independent Appeals Chair for the Labour Relations Agency since 2004. I am the Joint Appeals Board Chair for the NI Housing Executive and provide similiar services to other public and private organisations. I manage a high level of workplace mediations through my private practice. I have extensive experience in multi-party mediations with the maximum in attendance being 30 persons.
