A Civil Engineer, graduated from the University of Amazônia (Brazil), holds a Master’s degree in Construction Management from Florida International University (USA) and a postgraduate diploma in International Construction Law at the University of the West of England, Bristol (United Kingdom). Member of several esteemed professional organizations, including the Association for the Advancement of Cost Engineering (AACE), the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS), and the Dispute Resolution Board Foundation (DRBF).
With over 35 years of international experience in construction, accumulated across 10 different countries, has developed strong skills in managing relationships with suppliers and stakeholders. Expertise in the preparation, analysis, negotiation, and administration of engineering and construction contracts. Specializes in the preparation of claims and the management of contracts under the FIDIC framework (Fédération Internationale des Ingénieurs-Conseils), a globally recognized standard in construction contract management.
