Personal bio
Allan is a Quantity Surveyor with twenty-five years and a wide variety of both pre and post contract experience. He has worked throughout the UK, Caribbean, Asia and throughout the UAE/Gulf States on multi million currency, civil engineering, marine, mechanical and electrical, build & mixed-use development construction projects. He has a particular interest in marine projects and the FIDIC form of contract. Allan has experience in managing formal dispute proceedings, liaising with lawyers and expert planning/quantum experts and attending arbitration hearings under ICC, ADCCAC & DIFC-LCIA Arbitration Rules.
