I have been engaging in the private practice since 1979 and in particulat since 1988, I have facused on the international investment and merger & acquisition transactions. I also developed the international dispute resolution expertise through disputes occurred in the North America and South East Asian region. Through my transactional experience, it is critical to have an in-depth knowledge in the dispute resolution mechanism. Accordingly, I have advised on the cross border dispute matters and court cases for various industrial fields auch as construction, logistics, healthcare and semiconductor.
