Personal bio
Served as Assistant to the General Counsel of the United States Army. Successfully settled hundreds of cases while a United States Magistrate and adjudicated thousands as a United States District (trial) Judge. Twenty-seven years of judicial experience and hundreds of ADR from 2011 to present.
