Background: Joined Axiom Consultants in 2008. I have more than 25 years working experience in the construction (C&S and infrastructure), oil and gas and Interior fit-out industry. I have experience in pre and post contract matters for construction and consultancy services, valuation of variations, prolongations, loss and expense, acceleration claims and the negotiation and closure of the final account of projects. Such experience was used in negotiating and advising clients in respect to the interpretation of contractual matters and drafting of contractual responses on behalf of our respective clients. Experience in Adjudication & Arbitrations: Assisted the testifying and appointed expert witness by the employer, for the preparation, assessment, quantification, compilation and rebuttal on quantum cost claims such as prolongation, variations, remeasurement and damages claim for dispute matters in various cases.
