Christopher is a chartered quantity surveyor with over fifteen years of experience, specialising in expert witness and dispute resolution services.
He has worked on a wide range of building and infrastructure projects in the United Kingdom, Qatar, the Sultanate of Oman, the United Arab Emirates, Iraq and Mongolia.
Christopher specialises in providing quantum expert services in arbitration and litigation proceedings. His experience covers a wide range of quantity surveying issues including the valuation of variations and claims, time related costs and termination accounts together with the valuation of defect rectification works.
He also acts as an independent third party expert to assist in the avoidance of formal disputes through early amicable settlement.
Christopher is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, has an LLM in Construction Law and Arbitration and is an RICS registered expert witness.
