Personal bio
I am a partner of Corrs Chambers Westgarth and an international arbitrator with extensive experience across a range of industry sectors (including property, construction and infrastructure, international trade, pharmaceuticals, consumables, energy and resources and telecommunications). My experience includes SIAC, ICC, HKIAC, ACICA, UNCITRAL and AIAC (as counsel, sole arbitrator and presiding arbitrator). I have a particular expertise in shareholder and joint venture disputes. As arbitrator, I have determined jurisdictional disputes, applications for urgent conservatory measures (including anti suit injunctions) and have experience in presiding over complex, multi-party proceedings.
