Alan has been a property management and development consultant to developers and individual clients for almost 30 years. Alan provides property consultancy & advice on any project from initial valuation and assessment right through to the letting or sale of the asset. Having built up his own substantial property portfolio since the early 1990s, Alan has first-hand knowledge of the planning and construction processes and has been pivotal in bringing many commercial developments from green field sites to completion. Alan has sat on the residential committee of the SCSI since 2011 and is actively involved in bringing the highest standards and transparency to the property management industry.
