Personal bio
Bronwyn has over 25 years of experience in corporate law. She is the Managing Director and founder of CCL Consultants Pty Ltd, and acts as ALDI Stores (ALDI) Code Arbiter in relation to the Australian Food and Grocery Code of Conduct.
Bronwyn is a qualified Legal Advisor who provides legal advice in relation to competition and consumer law, privacy laws, food and grocery manufacturing and retailing, transport and distribution and employment laws.
Bronwyn is also a Fellow in compliance and risk management at the Governance, Risk and Compliance Institute (ACI). She is a Certified Compliance Professional (CCP) and an internationally recognised CCP with the International Federation of Compliance Associations. Bronwyn is a trainer for the ACI courses, including the 10131NAT Certificate IV in Compliance and Risk Management, 101 Compliance and Risk and ISO 37301 Compliance Management Systems.
Bronwyn is an accredited mediator with the CIArb (Chartered Institute of Arbitrators) and the ADC (Australian Disputes Centre).
Bronwyn is an active member on the SME Business Committee, and the Competition and Consumer Committee for the Law Council of Australia. She is also a member of the AICD (Australian Institute of Company Directors).
Prior to her consulting career, Bronwyn’s background includes approximately 10 years experience working for the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) in a variety of roles. In addition, she has worked as an academic tutor in the field of economics at the University of South Australia.
Bronwyn has written a number of academic papers in relation to compliance and competitive law.
