Khaled Bedaiwi is a practicing arbitrator, and a fellow of Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). He has served as sole arbitrator in a number of local and international disputes and is registered in various local and regional institutional arbitration panels. Khaled is also practicing lawyer admitted before all courts in Bahrain. His legal practice is focused on commercial, construction, real estate, and insurance arbitration and litigation matters. Prior to his admittance to the Bar in Bahrain, Khaled served as a case manager and tribunal secretary at the Bahrain Chamber for Dispute Resolution where he worked on a number of high value/profile commercial disputes. Khaled has a strong foundation in arbitration procedural matters, as well as best practice in international commercial arbitration. He prides himself in his methodical approach in analysis of large complicated disputes, attention to detail and efficient case management.
