Sivasankar has more than 19 years of expertise of hands-on experience in project management, delay analysis, expert witness work, claims, change management, commercial and stakeholder management of large-scale construction projects. Sivasankar has worked for both contractors and consultants gaining professional experience in infrastructure projects, roads and bridges, hotel and leisure, commercial buildings, oil & gas, refineries, petrochemical plants, commercial buildings, and power plant projects. Sivasankar has worked as a lead assistant for Expert Witness’s in several international arbitration proceedings. Sivasankar has prepared an independent third-party delay expert assessment for an international large-scale contract with a budget of over £1billion+ in value. Sivasankar is frequently appointed to advise the clients on preparation of claims in relation to delay, disruption and acceleration claims.
