I am a skilled/chartered engineer with LLM in international construction law and arbitration - fluent in the language of international construction contracts and arbitration procedures and rules. I have been directly and indirectly involved in expert determinations and international arbitrations with over 20 years of experience in oil and gas offshore/onshore major projects’ engineering design, procurement, manufacturing, construction, failure investigations, damage mechanisms assessments, and dispute resolutions. I am a Fellow member of TWI-FWeldI, Professional member of London Institute of corrosion MICorr, and Fellow member of the chartered institute of arbitrators FCIArb, available to take arbitration assignments.
