Anne Connolly is a chartered quantity surveyor with over 25 years’ experience in the commercial management and quantum analysis of construction projects in Asia, Australia the Middle East and the UK. Her extensive and detailed knowledge of construction processes and construction law provides a sound basis for many quantum expert appointments. Anne has been actively involved in both live projects and dispute resolution throughout her career, ranging from mining, building and power projects to infrastructure and oil and gas projects across several jurisdictions. She specialises in detailed quantum analysis, based on her skills and comprehensive knowledge of contractual relationships and commercial risks. Anne has been involved in various dispute resolution proceedings including adjudication, arbitration, expert determination, litigation and mediation. Anne is cited in Who's Who Legal Construction Expert Witnesses as “a prominent figure in the market who commands great respect for her insight into quantum analysis on international disputes" and in Arbitration Expert Witnesses as “highly recommended as a quantum expert”.
