A dynamic leader with 20 years of experience in the Construction Industry, 18 years on the Contracting Side and 2 years on the Engineering side, with hands-on experience defining and driving large scale Infrastructure and Heavy Site-Civil Transportation projects from start to finish, where I excel in high-pressure environments with large-scale project requirements. I am a Certified Professional Estimator (CPE), and Certified Claims Consulting Expert (CMI-CCE). My educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management with a minor in Business Administration, a Masters of Business Administration with a Specialization in Finance, and currently working on my Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Professional Studies Specializing in Organizational Leadership. My professional experience background includes hiring and developing teams, ensuring a high level of performance in cost estimating, construction management, constructability management, and change order management, while simultaneously enhancing operations and practices focused on client satisfaction.
