Personal bio
Leyla Ahmed is an advocate and an associate in the Dispute Resolution department at TripleOKLaw, LLP, a robust leading law firm based in Nairobi, Kenya. She specializes in commercial litigation, employment & labour disputes, constitutional & human rights and disputes in the telecommunication sector. She is a certified mediator, an arbitrator and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. She currently serves as a member of the Member Insight Panel; a group of CIArb members who take a leading role in shaping CIArb’s future initiatives. Leyla was part of the team that spearheaded the creation of Women in ADR (WADR) in Kenya in 2020 which seeks to bring African Women ADR practitioners together and enhance their visibility in the ADR world.
