I am a Strategy and Investment C-Suite Executive, Board Director, Arbitrator, and Mediator with over 20 years of experience driving transformational change across diverse industries, including Transport, Logistics, Real Estate, Management Consultancy, Finance, Government Operations and Infrastructure. I have held executive roles in both private and public sectors, with over 70,000 people, across 75+ countries, in the Middle East, Europe, Americas, Africa and Asia. My expertise includes developing and executing large-scale strategies, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, compliance and driving operational excellence.

As a Chartered Director (CDir) and Fellow of the UK Institute of Directors (FIoD) and a Fellow of the GCC Board Directors Institute (F.GCCBDI), I have held key board roles since 2012, including Independent Non-Executive Director (INED) and Executive Director and I have served on key board committees.

I am currently engaged in corporate legal Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) cases. I have been appointed as a sole arbitrator and as a co-arbitrator under the DIAC rules in Dubai and I have also worked under the ADCCAC rules in Abu Dhabi, mostly on cases related to real estate, corporate and financial issues. I am a Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (MCIArb), a CEDR Accredited Mediator and I am listed on the UAE CIArb branch accredited Mediators List. I am also a Supporting Member of The London Maritime Arbitrators Association (LMAA), a Member of the ICC UAE (Arbitration and ADR category) and a Member of the DIAC panel of Arbitrators.

I have completed an MA in Law (Conversion) from the University of Law, UK, as well as an MSc. in Operational Research and a BSc. in Mathematics and French, from the University of Southampton, UK (MA, MSc, BSc). I speak English, Arabic and French.
