Portfolio encompasses a diverse range of projects, including new build residential, commercial, industrial, educational, healthcare, hospitality, infrastructure, and landscaping projects, spanning high-rise, mid-rise, and horizontal developments. Additional experience in structural evaluations, concrete repairs, and renovations.
• Possess in-depth knowledge of contracts, team building, project planning, estimation, budgeting, engineering, technical coordination, material procurement, negotiation and site management.
