Personal bio
Lisa is a Quantity Surveyor and a Director at Construction Dispute Resolution Ltd. She is a registered Adjudicator with the RICS in Scotland, the RIBA, CIArb (Scottish Branch), CIArb and UK Adjudicators and has been appointed to over 80 adjudications to date. She also acts as Party Representative in adjudications.
Lisa also provides Expert Witness services and is an Accredited RICS Expert Witness. She has been appointed to prepare Expert Witness Reports in the areas of quantum; loss and expense; value and validity of variations in Final Account.
Lisa is an Accredited RICS Mediator and a Registered Practitioner with Scottish Mediation.
