Personal bio
I have more than 22 years of experience as a professional engineer, specializing in structural and infrastructure engineering, project management, and consultant supervision. In my role as program manager, construction manager, and construction supervisor, I have successfully managed large sections of mega projects in the Middle East. My credentials include a MSc in Structural Engineering, PMP, PMI-RMP, and MCIOB. I have worked on several high-profile projects in Qatar and Saudi Arabia, including the Hamad Port Project and Mecca Railway Station. Prior to joining the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), I completed a claim and dispute management course to enhance my knowledge of managing claims and disputes in my construction management and project management domains. I consider myself an expert in construction works, particularly in infrastructures, structural, and maritime projects.
