I have actively assisted in preparation for, and taking part in a number of mediations, adjudications and arbitrations for a diverse range of clients both in the UK and Ireland as well as dealing with claims to resolution in both Europe, the Caribbean and Africa. My experience crosses a diverse range of construction genres from rail to power, telecoms, utilities, heavy civils as well as general commercial and high rise construction. I have represented most of the major players in the industry in Ireland and the UK during my 26 years post graduate experience
