Personal bio

María José Yglesias is the Executive Director of the International Conciliation and Arbitration Center (CICA) of the Costa Rican American Chamber of Commerce. She previously served as Dean of the School of Law for ULACIT, and as managing partner and litigation department coordinator for Lara, López, Matamoros, Rodríguez y Tinoco. She has worked in conflict resolution and litigation (both as neutral and as party counsel) for over 15 years, and in legal education, specialized in academic programs of ADR promotion.
