Brian Muindi FCIArb, is an arbitrator and honorary member of the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA) Journal Editorial Committee. He is a Partner and Head of Corporate & Commercial Practice at TripleOKLaw Advocates LLP. He also sits on the Steering Committee of the CIArb Young Member Group, a special interest group that targets members of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Kenya Branch, who are aged 40 and below and is a member of the Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), a London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) sponsored association for practitioners and younger members of the arbitration community. His expertise lies in commercial disputes arising from large-scale infrastructure projects, mergers & acquisitions and cross border transactions.
