As the Ombudsman for the Removals Industry Ombudsman Scheme, I determine the outcome of consumer complaints against the members of the National Guild of Removers. This role is overseen by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute. I am also an active Mediator with Mediation Bucks (MB). MB is a charity and offers a free mediation service to local authoirites, housing associations and the police to address neighbour disputes. MB also provides fast cost-effective access to mediation in the Thames Valley for: Civil/Commercial cases Workplace disputes. MB has a team of mediators available with a wide range of expertise and experience available.
