1) I am a practising Barrister & Arbitrator with a banking, finance and accounting background. I am also an experienced Mediator (General, Family & Workplace Mediation), Mediation Coach, Member of the Special Committee on Mediation of the Hong Kong Bar Council and the Panel Mediator of various major dispute resolution bodies in Hong Kong and the United Kingdom. 2) Prior to joining the legal industry, I was a seasoned banking and finance professional with over 25 years of Investment Banking, Wealth Management, Securities, Bancassurance, Consulting and Corporate Restructuring experiences gained in Asia and Europe with global institutions. 3) From time to time, I have acted as Trainer for Board members & senior executives on corporate governance standards and best practice as well as being Advisor at Board Level to international & regional institutions on risk management & data privacy, legal & regulatory compliance, business transformation, and ESG advancement.
