Mahmoud El Saadany is the founder and General Manager of Rights for Project Management Consultancy Firm. He holds dual major degrees in Construction Engineering and in Law. He holds a Bachelors degree in Construction Engineering - Ain Shams University and a Masters degree in Construction Law and Arbitration – Robert Gorgon University, Aberdeen - Scotland and LLB from the Faculty of Law, Cairo University. Mahmoud is also a Fellow Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (FCIArb) since 2012 and a Committee Member (Membership Officer) of the CIArb Egypt Branch. Mahmoud is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2005. His extensive experience in the fields of construction, project management, contracts and claims management for 20 years, encompassing positions in various multinational companies, such as Al Futtaim and Turner International. He also participated in arbitration cases in Egypt and served as counselor, expert appointed by claimants and respondents. In addition, his numerous professional certifications qualified him to provide intensive training programs for promising engineers, contract professionals and arbitrators.
