Chartered Surveyor (Quantity Surveyor); experienced in all aspects of Commercial Management and Dispute Resolution associated with a variety of major projects. Professional career spanning 30 years with experience gained in the UK and overseas, predominantly in the Middle East (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Egypt, Bahrain, Lebanon, Israel, Oman). Previously held Senior Management positions in both contracting and consultancy organisations, with particular emphasis on the amicable resolution of disputes that commonly arise throughout the construction, petrochemical and engineering industries. Holds a degree in Quantity Surveying and post graduate qualifications in International Commercial Arbitration and is an RICS Certified Expert Witness and Expert Determiner. Specialties: Expert Witness and Expert Determiner, dispute resolution and avoidance together with the commercial and contractual management of major projects in the engineering and construction industries.
