In my current work place, I am preparing several claims for dispute resolution initially by way of negotiation and mediation and thereafter, specific claims for arbitration as decided by the Board of Directors. I am advising the Board of Directors on the strengths and weaknesses of the claims. I have adjudicated several claims between the client and the contractors.
