40 years of law practice focused on international construction projects and disputes flowing from them, prior to becoming full time neutral in 2019. Additional area of expertise is all types of U.S Government contracts for services and goods. Fellow (and former Board member), American College of Construction Lawyers; Chair, ABA Forum on Construction Law, 2012-13.
