I was a trial attorney in the US for 6 years in California. In the course of litigating matters, I participated in numerous court-mandated ADR/arbitrations/mediations in a pre-trial attempt to resolve. I worked in-house as GC and in Senior Legal roles with Sega and Microsoft in Japan and the region and handled many litigation matters. I ran investigations and computer forensic and eDiscovery matters for Kroll, Kroll Ontrack and Epiq Systems in Asia. I am now with Squire Patton Boggs looking after the Data Privacy/Cybersecurity practice in APAC as well as handling hi-tech, IP, dispute resolution and investigations in Asia.
