Mrs Margherita Blandini MCIArb

Margherita leads the global delivery and continuous improvement of Ciarb’s qualifications, ensuring they drive growth and expand reach. With a strong commitment to excellence in the design and delivery of training products, she ensures that Ciarb’s learning offerings meet the highest professional standards. She also oversees membership services delivery, focusing on increasing member value and experience.
Since joining Ciarb in 2019, Margherita has leveraged her legal education and professional background, including lecturing in law at the University of London and the University of Westminster, to enhance professional development opportunities for Ciarb members. Margherita brings extensive programme management and research expertise gained within intergovernmental organisations, including the United Nations and the European Parliament, resulting in a number of publications in human rights and education contributing to evidence-based policy making.
Margherita holds a LLM in International Law, a MPhil in Human Rights, is an accredited mediator and is skilled at fostering connections and collaboration across people of diverse cultures and backgrounds.
