I have experience advising clients (both public and private sector) across the UK in all types of construction dispute forums, including litigation, mediation, and adjudication. In addition, I have experience of providing strategic advice in relation to a variety of different contracts, both bespoke and standard form, including NEC and SBCC/JCT.
