Hold LLB (Hons), qualified as a solicitor in 1991. Commercial litigator. Trained as mediator with CORE Mediation, Edinburgh in 2004/5. Acted in many mediations as legal representative on commercial contracts, real estate, and partnership disputes, and regularly asked by parties and by others to act as arbitrator in domestic commercial disputes
