Join Ciarb Scottish Branch for their half day Annual Conference at the Royal Society of Edinburgh.

The topic for the afternoon is ‘Crystal balling - lesson learnt and how we use these to improve dispute resolution in the future.’ We will hear from a number of distinguished speakers from the Scottish construction sector on mediation, arbitration and expert witness together with a case law update.

The day will include:

  • A construction case law update
  • An insight from our speakers on what lessons we can take from the past and utilise these to improve mediation, arbitration and expert witness for the future.

Who will you hear from:

The afternoon will start with a networking lunch at 13:00 followed by the conference until 17:00. This promises to be an informative and thought-provoking afternoon.
