Cristen Bauer
Cristen Bauer, Head of Policy at Ciarb, specialises in trade, investment law, and dispute resolution. She has global experience, publishes on tech and arbitration, and holds degrees from Georgetown and The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and Texas A&M.
Siddharth Jha
Siddharth Jha is Counsel at the Singapore International Mediation Centre (SIMC), where he drives strategy, capacity-building, and international expansion in mediation. As the head of Learning & Development, he has transformed it into a key pillar of SIMC’s global engagement—expanding mediation training programs, forging strategic partnerships, and enhancing the centre’s impact on dispute resolution worldwide.
With a strong focus on institutional collaborations and market development, Siddharth oversees mediation case facilitation, working closely with international organizations, government bodies, law firms, and corporate legal teams to promote mediation as a preferred dispute resolution mechanism. Under his leadership, training initiatives have scaled significantly, achieving key accreditation milestones and establishing partnerships with leading international development agencies dedicated to advancing dispute resolution. His expertise lies in the development of high-impact mediation and negotiation programs for senior lawyers, judges, and corporate executives across more than 15 countries, equipping professionals with advanced dispute resolution skills.
Before joining SIMC, Siddharth played a pivotal role in establishing a mediation centre within Bombay Chambers of Commerce and Industry, where he also led its Legal & IPR Committee. As a legal professional, he has represented clients in commercial and civil litigation before the Supreme Court and High Courts of India.
Tim Hardy
Tim led the Commercial Litigation Team in a top ten global law firm for 20 years, handling complex, high value commercial domestic and international disputes. He established himself as a thought leader and prominent ADR practitioner spanning both international arbitration and mediation. He now brings all of that experience to bear in his new career as an independent and full-time arbitrator, mediator and disputes consultant.
Corrado Mora
Corrado Mora, an international mediator, serves on panels of top mediation institutions. He is a trainer, academic, Senior Faculty at Ciarb, and Professor of Mediation and Negotiation at Trento University.

Rozana ALTayyar
Rozana AlTayyar is an esteemed Independent Arbitrator and Mediator, serving as a member of the ICC Court and the Chair of the ICC Saudi Arabia Arbitration & ADR National Committee. As the Founder and Managing Director of Taswea, she offers over a decade of specialized expertise in navigating complex, high-value commercial disputes, including construction, real estate, family businesses, and joint ventures.
Rozana's proficiency in alternative dispute resolution (ADR) is further enhanced by her 14-year career in corporate banking, where she gained extensive insights across diverse industries such as real estate, food manufacturing, automotive, and aviation. A distinguished Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb), she also serves on the Ciarb-KSA Steering Committee and the Advisory Board of the College of Law at Princess Nora University.
Shehara Varia
Shehara Varia, FCIArb – Attorney at Law of the Supreme Court of Sri Lanka, Partner of F.J. & G. De Saram, a leading commercial law firm in Sri Lanka, heads the M&A and employment practice group of the firm. A director of the International ADR Center Sri Lanka, member of the council of management of the Institute for the Development of Commercial Law and Practice.
Accredited Mediator of the London School of Mediation and the Singapore International Mediation Institute. Ciarb Diploma in international arbitration.
Mercy Okiro
Mercy Okiro, a Kenyan advocate, has over a decade of experience since her admission to the bar. She is an Accredited Tutor, Assessor, Construction Adjudicator, Arbitrator, and Mediator with the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (London) and the Nairobi Centre for International Arbitration (NCIA). Her position as an Adjunct Faculty Member at the Kenya School of Law and Strathmore University further highlights her dedication to legal education.
Mercy holds a Master of Arts in International Studies from the University of Nairobi and a Master of Laws in International Commercial and Investment Arbitration from Queen Mary University of London. She has professional certifications in corporate governance, trade law and policy, ESG governance, legal audits, arbitration, mediation, and sports dispute resolution. Her ongoing pursuit of certifications in FIDIC contracts management and Construction Adjudication underscores her dedication to remaining at the forefront of her field.
She was celebrated in 2019 as the “Young African Arbitration Practitioner of the Year 2019,” listed as one of Africa’s Most Promising Young Arbitrators for 2020, 2021, and 2022 by the Association of Young Arbitrators, and recognised as the 2nd runner-up ADR Practitioner of the Year in 2021 by the Law Society of Kenya, Nairobi Branch. In 2023, she received the Jury’s Award for contributing to ADR from the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators, Kenya. She was the 1st Runner-up in the Woman on Board category at the 2023 Women on Boards Awards. She has been acknowledged for her contributions to gender equality, leadership, and alternative dispute resolution by various international and local organisations.
