Overview
Ciarb is delighted to host a Let’s Discuss Session ahead of the launch of its new Guideline on Third-Party Funding (TPF), a pivotal resource for navigating the evolving landscape of dispute resolution financing. Third-party funding has become an increasingly prominent feature of arbitration and ADR, offering parties access to justice by providing financial resources to pursue their claims. However, it also introduces unique challenges, including transparency, disclosure, and ethical considerations.
This Let’s Discuss Session will provide members of TPF guideline drafting group with an opportunity to interact with other Ciarb members and experts to discuss different aspects of the new forthcoming TPF guideline which is out for public comment. This interactive session will help inform any final edits or revisions that are needed prior to the final publication and launch of the TPF guideline.
Moderators: Mercy McBrayer FCIArb, Julian Chamberlayne, Ayse Yazir, Christopher Bloch, Dr Hasan Tahsin Azizagaoglu, Viren Mascarenhas.
